Q. How do I clean this baby food maker?
A.   Hand wash the jug and blade in warm soapy water and rinse. Wipe down the motor unit with a clean cloth. Descale as per the included instructions.

Q.  How long does it take baby food maker to cook baby meals?
A.  Depending on if you are steaming fruits, vegetables or meat it can take anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. If you are using the AI (automatic mode) the whole process from start to finish takes about 30 minutes.

Q. Can I sterilise and warm all brand bottles with this baby food maker?
A. Yes we have tested all major brands on the market and they all fit except bottles larger than 250ml. Lid must be removed to fit. Fits up to 2 small bottles or 1 large (dependent on brand).

Q. How do I defrost milk bags and baby food pouches?
A. Simply place the bag inside the steaming basket and select bottle warming mode to gently defrost via steam.
